Strap dispenser carts for polyester strapping differ in their core receiver. Glued and woven polyester textile strapping are normally made for 76 mm core diameter, while the core of composite strapping is 200 mm. An exception is the 32mm composite strapping which is available from some suppliers like f.ex. Cordstrap on a 406 mm core.
Apart from the core diameter, the dispensers differ from each other by either being portable or rollable/mobile. The portable version is requested more often, because the polyester strapping rolls are very light and using a cart would only be cumbersome. Composite strapping rolls are heavier so that a dispenser cart is more comfortable. All dispenser carts for poylester strapping have trays for holding the strapping tool or the metal clamps.
